Hello im new to this website ,
so i was selling my account here i saw there's post by accountwarehouse thats they are buying runescape account so i followed everything and i post my account to them and they offered me 130$ for it. and i accept
was everything smoth and nice then after 10 hours of wasting my time ( waste my time how ? ask for I.D PIC and some account info and picture of logging and other staff ) they didnt tell me thats i need to recover test the account absolutely . so i Pmed them back i told them its not make since thats after 10 hour's of wasting my time and telling my to send for you my ID and other staff to ask me to recover test , YOU SHOULD SAY FROM THE FIRST THAT I NEED TO RECOVER TEST. and i told them no thanks i dont want to sell anymore.
so after 1 day i decide to recover test and sell it back again and Pmed them back and they denied and said no thanks we dont want to buy your account.
So i wanted to change my account password they went into my account and dropped staff worth of 1m and dropped alot of staff of my account in OSRS i tried to pm them back no one answering me i dont know what to do !

so here my question , a famous website with over thousands of vouche's , thats how they attitude to the customers ? and why the fk*d my account item missing ?

for me YES its scam and waste of time

Every customer must prove they are the original owner of the account by doing a full recovery. You refused to do so the first time you attempted to sell to us, so we decided not to waste our employees' time by trying to process it a second time. Furthermore, you submitted several different IDs for different sales so from our end, it's not worth the risk. Spamming live chat or submitting the account under different names will not get you a different result.

Also, nobody logged into your account and dropped your items. This is purely made up to make you look like a victim, which you are not.

I DONT THINK SOME ONE CAN UNDERSTAND THIS THING THAT AS RECOVER TEST !
so i said no and after 1 day i wanted to RESELL and do recover test since i didnt know from the first that i need to do .

after taking all my info account info and ID picture and everything you decide to close and not to buy of me never ever ?
customer can decide yes or no and you MUST respect every customer ... BECAUSE WITHOUT CUSTOMER YOUR WEBSITE CLOSE !

Nothing was taken as we never logged into the account. We do not even attempt to log into the account until the full fraud screening (which this user failed) is completed.

 

Ok so take look of the Inventory where im selling the account :

and here the picture i uploaded after i logged into the account ( i never let the account for anyone , and i can give the password for moderator to check everything (i have no problem im fuc*ing 25 years old im dentist and i dont have time to waste with kids like that i can send any file and let anyone to go into my computer to check if i lie or no ... JUST ask me anything and i will post it or give it for you.)

so i dont know what they did but alot of thing that was on inv is missing 1 of the thing is the fire cape been dropped
im pretty sure that some one of the worker on the website dropped it because when i speak i was so angry so they wanted to take revenge "i think" :

So what in here ? basically i sent them my account INFO at the first ( without password or something)
after they pmmed me that your account worth 130$ they said go to this page : and fill out everything (Account Warehouse)
and i putted every info of the account password and thing .... then they check it and they call me ( i have proof)
and they said ok we confirm everything last thing we need to do is to RECOVER TEST here i stopped and even though i did test recover and it work fine) then say didnt want to sell .

 

And here they called me (final stop) so for sure final stop they already check my account and even even even NOT ofc theres no one else :

here proof that i did recover TEST. and send the look at the picture down , i did sent them all steps of the recover how they asked and they said No thanks we're not selling because you said u dont want to sell ... of i didnt want since u didnt said from the first there's recover test.

and i think at this stage they logged into my account and dropped me fire cape and some other staff i dont know like wat
i had alot of things on the bank (but staff isnt worth around 1m and f cape) i dont care about them really ...
but this website must go Down , they scam and they DONT RESPECT PEOPLE AND CUSTOMER !

 

and last thing here a video i just made :
i use google chrome and internet explore
at google chrome i put original info and i said i want to talk with the owner of the website to reported thing's = no 1 answered me
at internet explore i put fake name and email and i said i want to buy rs gold = answered within 5 second !
i swear TO god i dont know what i did to have this thing ?
im as HUMAN not a dog or not a cat sorry for that ! im as human want my right to talk with owner i want my right to know why dropped my f cape and dropped staff from my bank i want my right to sell you my account i can say YES OR NO to sell you when ever i want im not scammer im not some one who wasting my time and got free time like YOU to play with people and customers !

There is no evidence that the cape was on the account before you sent it over to @Accountwarehouse. I checked your thread where you were selling the account and couldn't find a picture, besides just text saying you have it. This boils down to your word versus his and there is nothing we can do.

As for the wasting customer time claim, perhaps this had to do with your approach to the situation. They run a business where they require you to prove you are the original owner of the account. A recovery test is normally requested to verify the information you provide is legitimate.
