    You are talking about Maldesto being a decent guy WHEN YOU PAID HIM. Talk about a "non-biased opinion"

    People railroad Maldesto because he's a shady fuck who makes excuses when it comes to paying scripters. If you make a Terms of Service then you as the creator are also required to stick to it. In this scenario Maldesto made up some fake shit "yeah yeah there was another Terms of Service called SDN Upload Request Service Agreement". There was NO proof of this agreement whatsoever.

    You are fighting a losing battle. Theres no strategy behind banning scripters to avoid paying them out especially in this scenario where the scripter was NOT at fault. Thats just called straight out scamming.
