If you believe he was imposter scammed you should've disputed this when you were banned. Right now your ban on @mattstevo is non-disputable and you are to held liable for this scam. You can keep on making an endless amount of pardons, but the result of it won't change; repay your scam victims or you won't be allowed back to use Sythe for trading purposes.

 

This pardon has been denied, the user does not want to repay his debts.
