Cobra Ban and TWC

Link to/reason for TWC: No idea, i logon to this site not so often, something happened i suppose, when i try to login to my main account "cobra" I get a message saying that i have to prove that it is mine that it is banned. So after i tried registering another account so i could post a thread i got redirected to here saying:
Unfortunately your IP address already appears in our database. Either you or someone else using this IP address has previously registered on Sythe.org. You are only entitled to a single Sythe account, and if you are banned you must instead appeal your ban or request a pardon. If you believe this to be in error please open a dispute here.

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behavior leading to TWC: Suspicious activity on my account.
