Axe714 Dispute Ban

Hi guys,

I've just recently logged in again on my sythe account after not having logged in for awhile and suddenly found that my account (Axe714) was banned for being compromised late 2017 from an IP from Sweden.

What necessary steps would I need to take to prove ownership of my account?

PS: In case you check the IP, I'm at work right now so it wouldn't match exactly.

 

Your account was banned as it was suspected to be hacked, therefore you will have to head over to the Account Recovery & Creation Center. Make a post in that section (follow the format in the sticky below), and provide as much information as you possibly can regarding the account you're trying to recover, and the staff member that handles it will tell you what else you need to provide in order to make sure that account is yours. All sensitive information on there will be edited out for you before it's public as it needs to be approved after you post it. Be patient as the process may be longer than usual, but that's only because the staff team needs to take every precaution to make sure you're the original owner.
