Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : IPAudit results for | Sell & Trade Game Items | OSRS Gold | ELO ip audit match Both same age both selling large quantities of (most likely non existant gp) gp.

 

Not sure about this, only IP match seems to be a business/shared IP so not enough to go on.

Requesting @Wortel or a global to look at this to see if there are any other details which match, otherwise there's not enough evidence.
