I believe its just the 1m payment that he paid to rent that he wants back , in which i offered him a refund but he declined and insisted he gets me banned instead.

You recovered account when i was still on it with cash, that's how you broke the rule.

 

@Robbie.Lowe I was on the account for 1:30 hour, he was waiting for opportunity till i pull big stake. I went into 400m stake and after i won, account was instantly recovered so i couldn't trade it back to other account. Even if i lied about the 400m. He has no right to recover the account be4 renting has expired. Just because he wanted to give back 1m which i paid for extended rent doesn't mean he's not a scammer. If some1 is not going to look into that. He's gonna scam other players + his account has been made in january this year. GL to any1 who's gonna rent from this guy.

The account was locked due to Jagex thinking it is stolen if anything if he recovered the account it would’nt of got locked. I have sold a few accounts and every now and again my buyers contact me because Jagex locked the account then you have to go through the stage of recovering the account to get it back.

 

No, because if it was a dynamic IP you wouldn’t have come accros all the other users on your IP Audit.

To change IP i just turn off/on Router.

How am i avoiding the question? I'm giving you answers for everything you asked? Also seems like you don't know much about networking , if your ISP uses dynamic IPs you definitely get IPs that other people have had or used.

This could proof if u logged on the account before which means u scammed or not

@senpay - As per the renting suggestions, you need to provide video evidence of that account having wealth at the time of it being locked: We highly recommend recording yourself at all times during rentals!.
