Is there any way to filter out the market section when looking up new posts? Before the sythe update the new posts had a filter that allowed it. Unless I'm mistaken, the only way to filter them out is if I look up each section each time.
Do you mean new posts or new threads? You can do so by clicking the search box. Then head to Recent Posts and there you can filter them.
I mean new posts on existing threads. I see that option, but prior to the Sythe update you could further filter out certain sections on there. That means it would show you all the new posts excluding the sections of your choice. Viewing recent posts that way shows too many market posts. Literally the first page of it at the time of this post are 100% market related threads. I'm going to assume the only way to filter out the market threads is to look up each section separately every time, which requires 4 separate searches which is too much if I'd ever start posting as actively as I used to.
In that case there are 2 options. 1: Click on "Watch thread" on top of the thread. 2: Enable it automatically by going to your account > Preferences and ticking the box called "Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply..."
Nothing to do with my threads, I'd just like to view the new non market posts without having to do an advanced search each time for each section. I'm just going to put a suggestion for this if possible, I'm assuming it isn't a feature now. Thanks Wortel.
