    This is my first time filling out a scammer report so please let me know if i have missed anything.

    Explain the service: Skills training 80-99 range via NMZ, We agreed upon half payment upfront (22m and half payment upon completing of service however, he has changed my username to something very rude, took everything from the account which value is appox. 40m (not including the 22m giiven for the service) and is not responding to any conversations.

    Proof that it's their Skype: don't have his Skype

    We highly recommend you remove ALL necessary items off the account before someone is doing a service. This is to protect yourself for unfortunate situations like this.
