Mistake on IP audit?

So somehow I have the same IP as this guy but it isn't me. How can I prove this? I've moved house a few times but this definitely isn't me. EDIT: I didn't know where to post this because I don't want people to think I'm a scammer when I'm NOT, so I hope this isn't included in the pardon list or anything.
