    Could you try this?

    3000
    100000
    2000
    0.00042

We need to lower the 1st line box (the Dzenai per unit). I'm not sure if the decimal below (4th line) can be input, but I'm sure it can. The total computed price should still come out at $42.

Going back to your first setup, let's tweak the unit, but make sure the Price Per Unit is now not a decimal figure, but a whole number:

    300000000
    30
    1
    1.4

    See if this works.

Sorry, wrong calculation. Make it 10 units in the "Total Units" box.

You have to decrease the zeroes in the Currency Per Unit box; adjust it as you change the Total Units.

The key things to note here are:
    - Currency Per Unit x Total Units = The total stock you have
    - Minimum Units Per Order x Price Per Unit = Minimum order amount in $, which should be around $5 or more
    - Price Per Unit should always be non-decimal as much as possible to avoid site errors

Let me try one last time:

    60000000
    5
    1
    8.4

With this setup you'll be offering 60m per order (1 unit), and there are 5 units which means you can sell it 5 times, across different orders or the same one. Each order will be $8.40.

If that doesn't work, please figure out the number computations for your offer, I have tried as you can see but I'm terrible in math. We normally do not offer support here because this is up to you, UNLESS of course there is a problem like before, then I can intervene to identify the solution.

Yup, you will get an email. You will also get a notification on PlayerAuctions, but it's not real time. This means if you have the site open, you have to refresh it to see the notification.

Good luck, and if you have other questions (aside from mathematical computations lol), just send me a PM. Finally, the "k" there usually denotes thousands, so if people say 10k, it means 10 thousand.

I've paid for insurance, yet PlayerAuctions has not helped me recover the account or awarded me the coverage amount.

2 weeks ago (19th March) I purchased a maxed voider for £92/$120 from a seller called staleworth and I paid for insurance, everything was fine until a few days ago (31st March) I tried to login and got the error "Account locked as we suspect it has been stolen.", I opened a dispute and provided a screenshot of the error message (there is literally nothing else I can use for evidence so I don't know what else they expect).

The seller only had to send one message WITHOUT evidence to decide in his favor, this is what he wrote:
"I did not recover the account, his evidence is not for my account, you can clearly type it in login section and fake it, he is attempting to get his money back and keep the account! Also when i was selling it to him, he kept messaging me saying he didnt like the account, he is trying to stage me and wants a refund."

    Here is proof:

I WANT TO POINT OUT AGAIN THAT THE ONLY THING THE SELLER HAS DONE IS PROVIDE 1 MESSAGE WITHOUT EVIDENCE AND THEY DECIDED IN HIS FAVOR.

    @PlayerAuctions
If an account is recovered by a seller how does the buyer prove it was recovered if they are insured?

    @Teeto

This is the cache 22! You can't! The insurance is scam.

Because PlayerAuctions doesn't want to lose revenue they won't admit that they cannot safely trade RuneScape accounts, instead they offer insurance and use this to make their site seem more trustworthy, they say that roughly 95% of all their orders are successful which means 1 out 20 are disputed.

Instead of carefully analyzing the evidence (as they proclaim) they instead always side with the seller, if you read previous posts on this thread you will people who say that their dispute was lost even though the seller said nothing!

Please message me if you have been the victim of the PlayerAuctions insurance scam, I am creating a group of people (contacting everyone on this thread) to take lawful action against PlayerAuctions.

The reason why sites like this get away with it for so long is because we're too small, when we make single complaints about an account being recovered, of course nothing will be done about it, but if 100 people were to all go to the law enforcement or ombudsman with the exact same story then they will take action.

    Hello there, @Aaron C.

First off, I'm really sorry to hear about what happened with your order. I say this with sincerity. I'd like to offer an explanation as to why this was closed in the seller's favor.

Even with insurance, buyers are still required to provide evidence. This is stated as a disclaimer when purchasing an insurance. Here's a screenshot showing this:
    https://i.imgur.com/xuvAhYo.png

As for the required evidence, what our team asks is a correspondence from the game publisher. In your case, you need to contact Jagex through their email support or their Twitter channel. You need to secure a statement from them by contacting them with the email address that was tied previously to the game account (to validate that the email is from the previous owner). A sample of that correspondence can be seen here:
    https://i.imgur.com/0YZRhOv.png

(This is an actual submission that made the buyer win his dispute)

This is compelling for several reasons: (1) the proof comes from the game publisher and is unquestionable, (2) the username/email address in question is stated properly, and (3) it says in the correspondence what happened to the game account --- that it was recovered by the original owner. Please also note that this is possible, before you think "it isn't possible", because we process hundreds of refunds on a weekly basis, contrary to what you think.

The stigma of this process is that you will never hear from satisfied buyers a lot of times. Nobody really goes out of their way to say it on forums or public internet spots, and that's totally fine with us, since buyers are sometimes frustrated with the process. But the more important fact of the matter is that they get refunded. Customers I've been able to take care of in Sythe can attest to this, but of course I cannot ask them to go out of their way to speak for this --- and I never will. I'm just stating this publicly because I know I have done it; Otherwise, I won't be speaking about it.

The reason your case got closed/declined is because you failed to submit compelling evidence, because the ones you have submitted are subjective and can be reasoned out with other angles/possibilities. The one I showed you is incriminating and final. I'm sorry, we can no longer help you with this, but if by any chance you are able to secure the same correspondence I showed you above, feel free to email back [email protected] and do give me a copy here. If your seller's disbursement isn't sent to him yet, we'll see what we can do, but please take note that our mediation process has to be completely fair to the seller as well.

Finally, sellers aren't usually required to send counter-evidence because they have already proved handing over the account through either the instant delivery system or the manual delivery system on the site. Moreover, the initial process is to change the game account's email address to your own, from there it's your responsibility to secure the account by asking the seller for the recovery information; you were given 72 hours for this. If there's something wrong with the account, you were free to cancel or dispute the order during then.

Even without that, the seller also established that you expressed a dislike for the account, that you regretted buying it, but for some reason you disputed it later on. I'm sorry but for the sake of the seller, we cannot accept this reason if the seller was able to provide the account.

Since you are adamant about approaching this legally, please feel free to email [email protected], during which my support ends unfortunately. If you'd like to talk or have questions about it, you can always send me a PM here. With sincerity Aaron, I'm sorry for what happened but as we've said, we can no longer reopen this. I hope this explanation at least explains for you what happened with your case. Have a good day.

They are required to send something like this, Teeto:

I'll be copying the portion I messaged to Aaron C:

Things like this as well, you website misinforms by saying that if the seller does not respond to the dispute then it will be found in your own favor.

I don't want to resort to filing a reversal of the payment, but I will if you can't find some way to reopen the dispute and let me submit the correct evidence, as I said in PM I've messaged Jagex and am awaiting on a reply.

It's not fair, it really isn't, on your website it says "Any correspondence from the game publisher regarding the status of the account in which game publisher states the account was given back to original owner, hacked, banned, or permanently suspended."

I mistakenly thought correspondence was like the messages from jagex in the game stating the account was locked, I thought this was what you wanted, but now after reading it slowly I realize it was asking for an email/message from customer support <- Change to that maybe?
