I was antiscammed

So the deal between me and Milotic was that I'd trade a name for his. In the event of a snipe, he reassured me he'd take responsibility for it and give me the name we were swapping for anyway, and if the name he was trading for got sniped then 1.5b 07 for the name I gave him.
Well, I gave him the name and he hasn't held up his end of the deal. He confirmed he got the name then dipped out of the conversation for 11hrs and during that time I saw him in game playing as the name I gave him (which apparently isn't him, I messaged the account?? But he definitely confirmed he got the name, so there should be no problem here regardless).
I messaged him again in the morning asking him to get on with it, and he told me he was waiting for me to send the account details I wanted the name on? Which was weird, because prior there was no mention of this, and if this was something he was waiting on, I didn't get why he didn't just say it that night.
I sent him the account details and he dipped again for another 13hrs. When he came back he told me he was waiting for Monday for the system update, he implied it was to avoid snipes I guess? He responded immediately to 2 of my messages and I told him I'd wait, and I did.
Todays the day and the update happened and the name still isn't on my account. I messaged him yesterday asking when I should be expecting the name on my account but he never messaged me back despite being active in the "public" chat in his trading discord.
I don't know what's going on but I'm pretty sure I've been scammed by him. I've been incredibly patient with him as I have had no reason not to trust him, his vouches declare he's handled far more wealth than what the name I gave him was worth but it's getting ridiculous now.

The amount was discussed before, @Niki is owed 400M 07, which at the time was valued at $1.15/m. @Niki will receive $460 in BTC. The number you are seeing was to get the trade to happen in the first place.

As such, this will be closed. @Threehundred Has been banned for 3 months + will keep a permanent DNT.
