The previous pardon was not handled fairly. It was based on assumption and "evidence" that was never validated or shared with the pardoning user. I will address it below the template.

  Honestly each issue revolves around Dicing, I don't know why it occurs or persists but I'd willingly agree to a permanent non-appealable Dice ban on the site. I've never had issues with the market itself etc, it has always revolved around the dice lounge. The Milotic Dice issue was entirely my fault and was an ongoing meme and I don't know why i stuck with it with funds available to refund. LaGucci was an entirely different situation that I explained in length to @Shin if he would like to share a hidden post about it.

This is the picture stated by Richard that shut down my previous pardon, which i was not allowed to respond to and staff never proved it to be me or linked the Discord acc to me. However, it is me plain and simple. The PM is rather skewed as it is paired with Voice Chat and look absolutely horrible in reflection to me. The interpretation is that I had the intent and will to hack forum accounts, which would be a risk to Sythe.org if that was the case, agreed. You can keep it public unlike it was before, I know how it looks but it's being taken the wrong direction.

I never had an intent to hack sythe or any forum accounts, nor do I have the ability to. I had a spur of the moment "oh this might make some good quick cash" idea as related to RS accounts NOT forum accounts. I googled runescape hashes not even knowing what they were and that text file was one of the first public downloads and i sent it to him. I then realized it was vbulletin accs and told him "nvm", however it looks like I am telling him to move forward with that text file as the convo is choppy due to Voice chat in-between. There WAS an intent to try to learn how to phish runescape accounts off-site and within the blackhat clause, there is no denial there.... that was short lived and died quick as I saw the negatives on the other end of that with hacked gold etc. I understand how the 10 or so lines of text look and I can't blame ANYONE for interpretation, but I just want to try to produce some form of clarity for people because what is being presumed is not true.

I just don't want another stigma that I am some forum hacker, and I want a fair pardon based on fact. I have had some sectionals state to me "I didn't even read it i just voted no", how is that due process?

Let's discuss this here while the moderators and admins take their time to review all the information and what not.

Let's give the rest of Sythe a chance to give their input on Gun's pardon request.
