Disconnected by VAC: You cannot play on secure servers

I was gonna ask if you have UAC enabled on your windows? I've heard that causing this problem on CSGO. Also for me Steam Achievement Manager used to cause the same error.

 

If you have Ccleaner or any similar software installed then that will cause the VAC error for sure.
Another one might be a custom w10 start menu such as classic shell.

 

I don't use a custom start menu. I do have CCleaner but the portable version, so that shouldn't interfere either.

It's a popular executable created a csgo reddit community member, which will perform all known VAC fixes.
How is that "unnecessary crap"? He even provides the source code that you can compile yourself, lmao.

 

I'm sorry if I came across rude there, was not my intention. Either way I have yet to test all the fixes I have tried so far, so until then I'll take that as my last resort, thanks.

 

I understand. I personally would go through all installed / running software more than once since that's what usually causes that specific error.

 

everytime that happends to me , i unistall csgo whit revo unistaller also delete every folder and junk, game does not weigh much in 1-2 hours im playing again

 

clear dns / check for updates / verify integrity of game files /restart pc
half of the time i dont even make it on time to rejoin and get cooldowned :/

 

This is something I use to encounter quite often, however it's not something that comes with a solid solution. As per the information you found, you probably realised that there are a lot of people with the same issue.

This use to happen to me quite often, until I did a fresh install of windows. This might not necessarily work for you, but it worked for me.
