Reason:
He completed a traditional Chinese translation job for me but used Google translator. In my offsite forum post I had stated that Google translator should not be used. I was not a Sythe user when this trade happened. Thus, the user saw my post in the offsite forum and saw the statement.

I noticed the user I traded was also on the Sythe Discord server. I then used the Discord bot to link me the profile of this user. I'm reporting the user because now I'm just tilted that I have to ship my game on Steam without traditional Chinese translation in it, and to have the user face some kind of consequences.

Also what exactly happened, did he provide you with a Google Translate copy-pasted translation or did he not provide you with a translation at all?
Could you also provide me with a link to the off-site ToS?

 

We agreed on 12M OSRS gold as payment. That's what I gave him after receiving the translated document.
I used Google translator to verify some of the text he translated and they seemed fine, so I went ahead and implemented the localization in the game.
The next day he suddenly said he was able to do simplified Chinese translation too. This part got really shady:

Later on, the two traditional Chinese curators at Steam posted their reviews, as seen on the original post evidence section.

Interesting, where did he provide you with the translated document? One last question - so it was 12M 07GP for the first translation, how much would it have been for the second one? I assume you haven't paid that one yet?

 

He sent the file via Discord. After the user started behaving shady, I no longer kept the communication going. We never agreed that he would do simplified version for me. I found another user to do the simplified translation instead.
