Please arbitrate my Pardon. I have had no Market-related issues since my original pardon where all of my scams were acknowledged in full and repaid, in full. Everything has revolved around actions i've made in the Donor Dice lounge due to gambling habits i've had in the past. Issue me a perm-dice ban un-appealable and remove my dnt we can get over this hump. I've traded nearly half a million dollars issue-free since my original pardon.

The basis of the decision made this week is around me being "sketchy" and "hacker" per YOUR staff team.

1) The "sketchy" boat would at-most warrant a TWC, except all of this "sketchy" behavior has been in the Discord SPAM FORUM.

2) Me being a "hacker". Let's be honest @Sythe I can barely run Windows XP let alone learn how to hack someone, you know this. Yes, I logged into some accounts that were posted publicly in a discord. This is the same thing @Daddy Dropperz was accused of and was un-banned the following day. How am I going to hold a DNT perm for the same thing?

Additionally your mods state i'm sketchy etc but when i have gold or something they need they're wrapped around my leg begging me to sell WITH a DNT. So which one is it?

If this was actually based on facts and not presumptions and hearsay this would have been approved, you know it's hard to mutter but I'm right.

If they're keeping you DNT'd for being "sketchy", then why is Bus still roaming around without the title?

 

One would assume because I have like 19 reports all that are resolved against like 100,000+ completed transactions?

Which means my transaction:issue ratio is 0.00019%

There will always be issues when operating a company, the transactions done are actually way higher than 100,000 I just used a nice round figure.

The issue isn't volume, its the TYPE of report, Most of my cases have been high profile against pretty well known members over the years which is why I am much more well known for having issues.

It's all in perspective, if someone does 100 trades but has 1 issue, that's more than me, but if I do 1000 trades in the same time period and have 1 issue but its a high profile issue, then its far more noticed.

Staff mostly have a good understanding of the market and they understand where there is volume, there are problems, A good example is that Won_gold and rsmalls are far larger than my site but they also have far, far more reports then me but their far less high-profile.

I also tend to stir the pot when I have issues which makes them more noticeable aswell, staff knows this.
