Can we make a rule to avoid auto-bumping?

Title. It's so annoying, Divine bumps threads that aren't even valid. He has an "account shop" that has zero accounts in stock, yet he bumps like 3-4 different sub-forums for it. How is that allowed? It's literally spam. Aside from that, what kind of business is having an auto-bumper bump your thread while you're sleeping and cannot provide instant replies? It just seems stupid, almost like having a livechat on your website online while nobody is on the other end of the livechat.

 

If you come across a bump that isn't valid you should report it with evidence that the user isn't present or has no accounts in stock in the Divine scenario.

edit; oh great, the time I check (now) they are in stock. Few weeks ago they weren't, don't archive this suggestion yet as I'll just stick around and wait I guess.

I see, but did you see what I said. I have came across multiple times where an account has auto-bumped only to NOT BE ONLINE AND PROVIDE WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING or auto-bump when THEY DONT HAVE THINGS IN STOCK
