Does anyone know how to enter playerauctions' live chat?

Everytime I enter its support page
I can only submit a ticket instead of starting a live chat
Does anyone know where i can use the live chat?

 

Maybe try another browser or maybe on a desktop?

 

I tried two different browser, but it always looks like this

It seems to be taking a while I’ve pressed pay now and done that and cancelled the order and re done it but nothing seems to be going anywhere! Any help?
