was told to post a pardon cause I got matched to someone else? Can someone explain what I need to do

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Well basically i wanted to sell my rs3 account, My cousin (who also plays rs) recommended this site to sell it, So i signed up and let him design my thread etc, then i noticed i could make some gp off offering services so i made some threads for that, I was banned for matching the IP of someone called CardSalesRS which is impossible because i moved house like 2 weeks ago so this is a fresh IP. I asked my cousin if he has a sythe profile and he confirmed he did but he was banned and admitted his name was CardSalesRS, I've told him i'm banned because they think i'm him, And he said the only way they could of matched me to him is because i was at his house the other day when i was online, Can i be unbanned? If not, What steps need to be taken to get my unban?

There's no way for us to prove you 2 are different users so you'll be treated as one. Either let him post a pardon or you do so yourself but this involves coming clean about everything aswell as repaying all your scam victims.

 

Hey @Wortel You said in previous pardon that me or my cousin need to post a pardon, I'm happy to post mine but as there is no victims from me i guess it will have to be him that pardons, He works long hours is only really around on the weekends so i've asked him to pardon, He has mentioned he was banned for scamming but he can't remember exactly what, So could you please pm or post here what he was banned for and how much he owes, If me or him pay the debts will i be unbanned? thanks for the speedy response before too

 

He's free to make a pardon himself and ask for the ban reasons from there, but if he truly does not remember who or what he scammed he might aswell tell you you're out of luck because in that case we'll never let him back to Sythe.

• I was going through a rough patch after being scammed by an imposter website, I took out my frustration on innocent users and i shouldn't have, You could tell this was an act of rage and irrationality as my scam totalled less than half my donation rank, I was upset and i shouldn't have acted the way i did, I'm deeply sorry and i'm happy to pay the victims back for what i did, I remember stating i was going to pay back the debts 3 months from when the scam took place and it is around 3 months now, I have changed, I have learned from my mistakes, And i'm also a family man now, I know the value of money, And i know the pain of losing money, That pain i inflicted on others without care or consideration of how they may be affected, I humbly apologise to both victims and i'm so sorry for what i did i can't express my apologies enough, If you can find your self able to forgive me that would mean more to me than you would ever know, This was an act of passion and rage, Not personal, Although it may seem i do not care for your feelings i truly do, As i was scammed so i know your grief, To the mods reading this and reviewing this pardon i would like to say this.

Please do not keep me banned because i am a "scammer" but look at this pardon as a man who would like to change his ways and get back within the community to hopefully make a positive impact on the whole of sythe, I never intended to scam anyone, My xbox gift card sales and my rsgp sales were doing well, But when i lost most of my money i acted stupid and caused someone else the same grief, My scam was stupid and illogical as i believe the scam totalled around $70 which is not even half of what i donated to sythe, I never intended for this act to be malicious, Although a scam is always malicious, I really do feel horrible about the whole situation the retired global mod excelont spoke to me for some time on discord after i was banned and i explained to him how i feel super bad about the whole thing, It should never have taken place, But never the less every crime has a punishment, I feel my punishment has been served while being banned for 3 months, However i know mods will probably keep me DNT or banned for some time after repayment before pardoning me, Please be lenient with me staff, I was stupid and it was christmas time where money was short and me losing a huge amount impacted me severely so i took the short route of scamming rather than continuing my business here, Thanks for reading this long pardon hopefully be seeing you soon

The user @livecell1 got his money back via paypal dispute so there is no debt owed there, And i can't find the scam report for @Memer420 But i'll admit i was meant to do hunter for him and i caught around 700 chins then dropped them when i realised i was going to be banned, Yes an immature move, But at the time it was made by an irrational mind.

I can't remember the exact amount it was for the hunter training but i believe it was around 18m, I can't check pms to confirm as i'm banned.

@Memer420 please leave discord/skype info here for me to get into contact with you to discuss repayment so sorry again man, i was a real piece of shit and i hope you can forgive me.
