Hi, I'm new here and I am a very casual rs player and very casually buy gold for 07 when I decide I want to play a bit

I just wanted to make everyone aware that I paid @Treegp $122.60 for 100m 07 via G2A and their online payments over a week ago.

I have not heard a word from @Treegp and have sent multiple emails and have not received a response, yet @Treegp @Treegpaustin @Treegpmitchel were happy to take my money.

I just wanted everyone to be aware. I had bought from them before with zero issue but it seems I finally got burned.

not really much to prove as far as reporting them goes. There was no conversation with them, usually I just send them money and then log in game and they message me.

I have tried their "live chat" multiple times a day, every day and it just reads "we are offline at the moment".

Only proof I have is the fact they took the money from my account but they are still MIA.

 

Could you atleast send me proof of payment / all else you can think of (feel free to pm on sythe) and ill see what i can do

Honestly if they would just log in and give me what I paid for I would be satisfied, I still would like the gold.. just never had this issue ordering from them in the past

 

It's likely just a misunderstanding. I'll ping TreeGP on Facebook since he hasn't been on Sythe since January, I'm sure he'll resolve it quickly.

I’m pretty sure TreeGP has been inactive for a while now. Their livechat has been down a lot and their rates aren’t updated, usually his rates are comparable or cheaper than other sites.

 

if they are going to be inactive the least they could do is stop taking people's money.
