Disputing my DNT

TO CLARIFY: Yes looking back on this, I essentially anti-scammed without approval and poor communication between myself and Admins.

I was told by Richard to dispute it in full the Ban and DNT.

The issue at hand: Reporting gun for scamming 460$ For whatever reason people are grouping the Milotic thing with this solely because i was banned for posting a picture or Milo for 30 days when this LaGucci istance occurred.


How this came about: On the staker discord where the dice bets occurred someone stated LaGucci was Jase and was compiling the Sythe report against him. I saw an opportunity to gamble against him and a) win and pay hid prior victims if the report went through or b) withhold and pay the losses to a victim. Obviously I did so without approval as it would be classified as a counter-scam as defined by Richard and Shin.

During the time the Sythe report was processing and I was still putting off paying the dice loss @LaGucci scammed 2 members of the staker discord for nearly $75,000. In short, he knew his time was running out. After LaGucci scammed/the report went through I chose to pay the victims of the $75000 scam the debt, however they only wanted BTC. I have paid them all available BTC I have had since and still have $185 to pay to his victims once I obtain more BTC.

Leaving this for another staff member both because @video was handling some more scam accusation reports I don't know the outcome of yet, neither do I understand why you're disputing your DNT now instead of going on with the currently still open pardon request of yours.
