400 very fun build to pk on, get that strength up though

 

No @everyone ^ lol tbh. I couldn't see this going for more than 300m. Although I would recommend advertising at 350m. You never know + gives leeway.
The account is only just over half maxed, with low stats, probs quested to a bare minimum, and doesn't even have a house.

99 mage for low prayer gmaulers is big as well seeing as they can and should be used to also rush on, bit of a waste not to really.

You could literally hire someone to train up an account like that for less than 200m probs. 1 def firecapes are pretty cheap and plentiful now as well. I'm getting a maxed 75 attack pure built for 325m, with them paying for ALL supplies and bonds (including 83 construction)

- and yes they've already started and have made excellent progress.

Your main selling point is your reputation, but that wears thin when lots of reputable members are selling maxed versions of your account at the 400m range.

Also, as soon as you progress 1 str/hp/mage/range lvl the account will be the worst for its cb, so being balanced when you aren't maxed isn't really much of a selling point.
