Been in livechat with their customer service person for nearly 3hours now, haven't gotten a single response for the past 45mins: Imgur (i put numbers 1-6 to show the order in which chat proceeded)

This is not an actual scam probably but just to be cautious, as I made an order on the premise of them having stock (confirmed in chat) and was told delivery would be ASAP. Immediately after making order I am told their admin control panel is broken (ok?) and was asked to send them an image of my payment (sent). Still nothing. DO you feel 2,5 hours is a reasonable amount of time to wait for an order that was supposed to be immediate?
