ill give unedited screens of me giving login info and i can give a mod the acc details to show that im actually banned

 

Do you have any proof of:
- You & him agreeing you won't be allowed to login on the account while he does the service.
- His service will be hand-done
- The date of when he started his service

Not too much to add on my side.

Have done a lot of work for Foxhall and never encountered any problems so this is a suprise.

Order was started last weekend and I havn't been very active so Foxhall also played on the account due to my unavailability.

Why would I bot all of a sudden on an acc with 2k+ total and which I paid 10x the money for to get 99 slayer?

 

- we didn't agree on me not being allowed on the account but it's obvious when someone does a service for me I won't login I had someone do slayer for me which cost 10x more then what this service cost me and I have 2k total why would I bot the account

I'll be requesting help from my fellow staff team on this one, but I have to admit being accused for botting 5 times in a row from different people does not look like coincidence to me. Please don't spam this thread while I get the modteam to help me which might take some time.

 

@Heros While I ask for help, please provide us with the level up screenshots. Feel free to make a post about it and remove it after if you want it to be private.

 

@Heros Can you please provide us proof of levels gained?

 

This specific order was completed on osrs client. Didn't take any screenshots of the training itself.

False Advertisement, hurting peoples accounts. - Wasn't able to provide screenshots
Heros' "Skilling" AKA Botting Service - Wasn't able to provide screenshots
Got banned after a skilling service - Wasn't able to provide screenshots
HERO'S Is a Botter/Scammer - Wasn't able to provide screenshots
^ Claims to use the OSRS client for all orders. I'll discuss this with @Champ some more.

 

Based on our current rule, that addresses situations like this were not very clear in many peoples eyes. The current rule suggests little to no liability for service providers offering services, the service provider is in fact liable for the current issues, and will have to refund / offer an account equivalent to what is lost. At the end of the day, "Service providers aware of risks they take when offering services."
