USG scamming.

Explanation of the trade: I messaged him on skype looking to buy 50m or so, he mentioned 100m for 90usd, I said thats fine. I proceeded to pay him the way that was explained to me and it processed on my end and was taken out officially. He then asked me why it was on hold and sent screenshots (not even of my payment could be from anything). I was very understanding of what was going on as I have been on his end before. He said he was going to refund me, then went afk to eat red lobster with his son. He got back and said he was going to call Paypal. Paypal apparently told him it would be on hold until march 7th-21st, I continued to ask for a refund. He stopped replying a few hours later he said he was in the bath and that paypal stresses him out. I didn't get another reply from him until the next morning saying he went to sleep. By that time I had called paypal to put a further hold on the money in case it would happen to go through. All he had to do was press refund and all this would be avoided. From what I understand he traded a good bit on here. I also have full video evidence of pre payment - his last reply that night, with all screens used in the video.
How they scammed: Did not receive goods or refund after payment was processed on my end but held on his end via paypal.

Seems sketchy as hell. For future reference I recommend creating a report right away rather than giving him time to continue making excuses.

Anyways, he was DNT'd the other day as his PayPal E-mail is a match to a user called @Unspecified.

He recently ban evaded on @Quits as well - Quits ban evasion.

He pardoned recently here - Request of pardon for myself, but the chances of us getting a reply here, or on that pardon is slim to none as he's making us out to be idiots, and pretending like he hasn't done anything, which you'd think people would mature / stop this bullshit after so many years, but I'm not surprised. Anyways I'll leave this open in-case he decides to come online, and respond.

@USG Can you please pay him out / return his money?

Side note: He just joined over a week ago. I'd recommend using an MM, or at least trading in increments. There are tons of trusted MM that are willing to help you with your transactions for free. Thanks I only gave him 12 hours to get his stuff together cause he kept making excuses. I'm reporting to PayPal to push for a ban/holds on his transactions I reported to my bank and PayPal within 5 hours. There's already holds and disputes on the money I sent him.
