    So I just got an offer from a guy with a title that says "non-market user, do not trade) but he was offering to buy an account on a game from me so what do i do here? like is it against the rules for me to get a middleman and trade with him?

    Click his DNT rank and see what he was granted the DNT for. He's probably DNT'ed for ban evasion. He's not allowed to trade with you through Sythe, though if you insist you can trade with him without the use of Sythe but don't be surprised if you get scammed.
