2 People scammed me and only reason 3 month ban

will they be unbanned after 3 months without having to repay me?

 

If they have scammed you and you made a report resulting in ban they will stay permanently banned till they pay back there debts of what they owe out. Once they repay back there debts they will go into voting if they should be able to re-join the community. If they pass they get a TWC on there profiles but overall i'm sure its a lifetime till scam debt is payed

 

Well actually if they scammed you then they will be unbanned after 3 months. However they will be DNT’d until they decide to repay you.

- DNT once scam report with sufficient proof is made.
- About 24 hours given to respond/refund (refunds take longer in some cases)
- If they do not refund they will be banned.

If a user scams less than $1,000 USD (or equivalent), they will be temp banned for (3) months.
For every $1,000 USD (or equivalent), tack on (6) months of time to their temp ban.

One the temp ban expires they will still be unable to make use of the market and must request a pardon in order to dispute their DNT which involves repayment.
If they ban evade once their next account will be DNT'ed aswell, if they ban/DNT evade more than once they will be banned on all profiles for 3 months, or they will be permbanned.
