    Link to/reason: TWC request to EZRSGOLD.COM , Paid them 1320 USD and then came big lies and excuses.

    Our vouch thread: EZ1 Vouches

    It's been a while, since the event that caused us to get twc, we resolved the problems with client and changed some things inside our platform (customer supports now have guides how to respond to critical situations). Also, there are two supervisors that stick around for most of the time and help inferior employees in tough situations. Hope there is enough information to re-evaluate twc.

    If there are any additional steps that must be taken to change the status and to prevent these events from happening again, please let us know and we will gladly take action.
