Over the Sun- account sold to me, and then recovered.

I want to make this clear, I was asked to do this I know the information I have doesn't really incriminate over the sun. I am just sharing what little information I have left and tried my best to put it together.

An additional photo that shows that the account is no longer "locked" and he is obviously back in control of the account because I bought the account as a f2p pure and here it lies with 60 attack 85 range and 85 mage with the same exact name as it did before.

So this trade goes all the way back to June but I guess he is trying to rejoin the community once again, unfortunately over the lapse of time I have not kept all of the information regarding the post, but this is what I have to offer. Not necessarily looking for anything in return but I geuss that is possible so here I am to post what I do have.

Picture's that there was indeed contact with the seller (and another participant in this picture) regarding 1 of 2 accounts he had for sale.

Now unfortunately I can honestly say that the messages we had on a 1v1 base I deleted. Other then 1 of the last messages I sent to him about of rage the other messages between him and I are now deleted. I have tried to get them off of skype but I am not that computer savvy to do so. So this is about all the information I have left.

I bought the account and also had 200m+ on the account before he attempted to recover the account and had it locked. Thanks a bunch and hope this helps.

 

Is there any proof of you trading the gold to him? Him confirming he has received the gold? How much was paid for it again? Do you have any proof of his skype ID? Do you have any proof that the account worked at first (e.g. level up screenshots saved somewhere)? Sorry for asking so many questions. I'd love if @Chloe could provide some info about this aswell but yeah.

 

I don't anymore I litteratly looked through my whole PC and tried to retrieve out old conversations from Skype with no luck. Unfortunately this is all I have to provide and put together to the best of my ability. Only did this upon request and it was foolish of me not to make a thread about it after he was banned in the first place.

Heres another pic of me attempting to log in today assuming he said in his post that the account is "locked" the account is no longer locked and has some significant progress for that matter.

@Wortel When he gave me the 120m, I kept 20m for the next pure and sold 100m to LucidGold at 95 cents/mil as shown here in this PayPal statement. I then transferred to my bank the same day. This was the last sale I made as Over The Sun before I was banned. I stand by my original story.

 

If the user bought the account, & the user can't recover / give him acc back he is responsible for refund.

Hi Champ, nice of @Wortel to pass the buck. He has to my knowledge been able to recover the account and sell it to someone else, as it has been leveled since he claimed it was locked. He will not release the email to me so I can not check myself and he still has the email account associated with the account so I don't know what to tell you. Here is @Clouds1993 response to that:

"I will not accept any account from him, but if hes willing to give me 500m gold I'd be more than happy to forgive him."

Additionally, the account here was the account I was selling at the moment and I was looking for around 150m and @Clouds1993 was outbid and choose to buy a lower level pure I had for 90m but we came to the agreement for 120m.

I have sold 20+ accounts on here and every single one of them is still okay, this account I sold to him was not recovered at all, by me, in anyway. I believe on @Clouds1993 truly knows what has happened to that account.

I am absolutely REFUSING to make any refund whatsoever, I don't see how a verified government employee with a track record of being honest and selling many, many accounts is being to make an erroneous refund with little to no proof to back up this very shotty claim. @Champ Was @Wortel asked about your decision, he seems to have a good picture of whats happening here.

YEAH. RIGHT! A week? Dude, you had it for 3 months before you asked me to buy it back, are you fucking kidding me?! Even by the vouches you bought the account 3 months before I banned as a saftey measure by Chloe. I told you I don't buy accounts, I sell them. A week?! Fuck dude, I'm pretty sure you're the dude I taught how to PK too.

Why am I having to dispute the painfully obvious inconsistencys? Is there any mod or staff in my corner that does and fact checking? I appreciate @Wortel for PMing people asking if they still have their accounts, that's very smart of him. Additionally, in the time that I posted the reply to @Champ I was thinking that basically every account I sell has the name changed, and Nap Land (the account Clouds purchased) has such different stats I wonder if somebody else got the name Nap Land? It's a popular reference to Indianapolis so IDK?

Anyways, maybe we can reopen my DNT thread so I can have access to some PMs that may help my case?

I believe Clouds has access to said account, for all the times I have asked for the email for said account to verify the account status I am ignored. This has been exhausting enough thus I will not be making an additional report against Clouds as it further sullys my non-existent name on this website. I have already looked into other avenues of additional income to support my IRL hobby, avenues I feel will be more secure than leaving everything up to the biased discretion of Sythe Staff. I've added everything I would like to and I am choosing to not drag this out anymore.

Since these reports are highly trafficked, a few of my account buyers have reached out to me in regards to their accounts and their safety. I assure you and them that all accounts will remain safe as I do not retain account information once it is out of my hands as I feel it causes unnecessary clutter.

Here is your response, although I did not plan on making another response as I deemed our report concluded once you said I was responsible for a completely unsupported claim.

This will be my last post as the person you know me, I have another Sythe account I am regularly using as well as a few other sleeper accounts, although I do not see myself using them as I will not need to use Sythe nearly as much due to myself not making accounts anymore. I wish you all the best in all your endeavors, and I thank the single mod that reached out to me to try to and help.
