first of all, i have used hes service before and had a very bad experience...though he said he has bad internet i paid him 8m to do 47-61mining though he couldnt finish it even after 24 hours he got so far as to get me to lvl 57 mining which he refunded majority of the payment, so i could pay someone else to finish 57-61..
though besides the point, i am reporting this user FUTchamps

as hes refusing to refund me of 6.4m but he declined and said "we do not refunds after an order has been made"
i thought this was weird so i checked hes TOS and it has nothing about not refunding

this is the convo, if you look closely you can see how long he said will be yet he took over 40minutes to even reply.

Okay you're over reacting slightly here, and could of saved a lot of time.

-1 your first order is irrelevant to this now, done a good thing by staying awake until silly AM to help because you needed it done quick, and unfortunately could not finish as needed, as you say refunded majority without a problem lol.

-2 Reading this I noticed you said it was not apart of my TOS, so you will get a refund, no point reporting me for not breaking rules, it is a misunderstanding and you could of told me about the TOS on skype than make a report thread for nothing.

 

for the record, i spoke with one of the sythe community helpers before i made the report. i tried getting a hold of you on skype but it took so long.

Ill update this once im refunded
