    CoinBase TWC - Home IP issue

    Hey guys

    I received a TWC on my account after signing up, probably because I created an account while on holiday in Rome, using hotel WiFi paired with a VPN (I tried signing up without the VPN but another account was assigned to the IP)
    After reading the TWC rules, I realize my situation would not warrant the removal of the TWC status on my account as;
    I am a student from NZ, studying abroad in France for less than one year and as such I could not sign up for a broadband contract of over 1 year. My main and only connection to the internet is via my and my girlfriend's mobile plan data allocation per month (this is where the conflict arrises) i can verify my apartment, lease end dates etc via Skype or discord to a trustworthy mod, but I do not know how I could circumvent the no-mobile for home IP to remove my TWC status. Any suggestions or procedure i must follow I will, as I do not want the TWC status effecting my ability to trade in the market place
    Thanks
