Won_gold o_0 botted accounts

I purchased a 40 atk 80 str osrs account for 34.4m and within 2 hours of playing the account was permanently banned for botting. I messaged him and he gave me another account and the same happened to this account. He offered to give me a 40 atk 70 str account or 17m back saying it must be that my ip is flagged and i believe i should get my full refund back since the accounts got banned for botting not account sharing.
Note: i bought one other account from him and still using it to this day.

At first ,i don't care about lose an acccount,so I've given him a new one.After few day,when we get back to work from holidays, we found his message left saying that 2nd is banned,2 of the accounts happened the same when I gave him its perfect account,as he said one is banned while he was afk fishing,WHEN HE TRIED TO LOGIN BACK,he found banned,and 2nd same WHEN HE TRIED TO LOGIN BACK,why you are always afk,lol.

And to be honest,I regret what charity I did. Including I was supposed to give him half of refund.

In addition,account haven't touch for long time, both are created at jan, it should not take over days to make a 40atk-80str. It can be considered those 2 accounts haven't been touch before he played.

Do you mean if you don't login the account it will never be banned? Good point. So botted account is only banned after they botted and until it sell to a normal player.

 

People knows that I train on crabs afk ,and my accs never get log out while on trainning time. so do skilling stuff,i don't know who play games always be away for minutes that made account log off.

@james henry we're not going to be able to prove whether the ban happened because of you, @Won_gold o_0 or because of a third party (Jagex) however from my point of view @Won_gold o_0 did try to help you out after the account got banned by providing a new account (regardless of the fact that they allegedly both got banned).
Going to go ahead and rule that WonGold won't be held liable for refunding your payment for the account - sorry for your loss nonetheless.
