Scammed

Bought 29Mil 07 with G2APAY and they won't deliver my goods, because I can't forward them a Paypal reciept I don't have. Horrible customer service! They go against their own FAQ, which says that they don't require a reciept!
DEAL WITH CAUTION HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND WILL LIKELY TRY TO SCAM YOU!
They have held my money from this day.

Just to figure this out a bit much into detail; why were you unable to provide them with a PayPal/G2A receipt? Sure they might claim they don't need it in the ToS but if I bought gold and they'd still ask for it, I won't bother and just provide them with the receipt aswell.

 

I sent them a photo of my mailbox, I was never sent a reciept or else I would of done it. But they told me straight up "No gold if no reciept" anyhow their FAQ says they never ask for a reciept-

 

Sure I understand that'd frustrate you but I'd rather have my gold than discuss over whether it's on their ToS or not. Did you check the spam mailbox of yours? Did you get an email of G2A instead of Paypal? Have you checked your email settings from Paypal? Are you sure you're checking the right email inbox?

 

I got g2a reciept yes I checked all of my inboxes, but nothing.

 

The G2A receipt should be enough. Anyways let's just await @Divine his answer here. You could also try going back to their livechat and provide them with the G2A receipt.

 

This livechat guy said no.

 

Hi, We require the paypal receipt not the g2a receipt because the paypal receipt goes to the email linked to ur actual paypal vs the g2a receipt which goes to whatever email you linked to ur g2apay account.

This is a extremely common practice and is to show us that you have access to the paypals email that paid, and that ur not just hacking/using ur moms paypal.

I just woke up but will edit this in about ~10 minutes as I'll be refunding you.

I've also banned u off our site for violating our terms of service and filing a report for no reason.

I would advise you to learn common site practices before purchasing in the future.
