Scammed by ezrsgold website

ammount scammed: 141,36€
explanation: i sold gold of 186m to @EZ1 for 141,36€ at arround 00:02am, they took gold and sent me money using local banks transfer, i should have gotten money in the moorning. About half day passed i contacted their live chat again as any money was not recieved and they claimed they sent it.. had never seen any failure of transfers like this ever.. so now passed over 14 hours and bank transfers are closed again and i do not recieved any money still.. im not realy know what are they doing or trying to do plz help here.

They told me i get my money today because i needed them for weekend and they failure to do so and im not even sure if they sent any money so now im left without money or gold.. and bank transfers will be reopened only after 3 days.. i guess they didint send any money still so leaving me without money for whole weekend.. im realy disapointed at their service and how they handle their busness as we all know bank transfer do not have delays like that..

Hey, I've spoken with their livechat and they have informed me that the bank transfer is indeed in progress however due to holidays in your/their country may not arrive to your bank account until the 21st of this month.
I'll keep this report open until then, feel free to hit me up if you receive it before then.

yes, i got it, main problem was that they lie about time i got it, since only i didint got it, since its "holidays" D like holidays only for me, since other people was normaly using paysera without any problems, they just set up that money would be sent 2018/02/21 but not as fast as possible, so they fack me up anyway, wont use them ever again...

 

Unfortunately we cant prove they intentionally placed it to be sent by today or it would have been twc worthy however im glad to hear this is now resolved. Enjoy the rest of your day
