Try that one, make him confirm his identity on Sythe (e.g. by posting a profile comment) and then repay him in Bitcoins or something other than Paypal. Get proof of doing so aswell and let him confirm he was repaid. Then once done, make a new pardon in which you'll own up to all offenses.
