Hello Dear PlayerAuctions team, i was supposed to get paid today for the order id : #3542177, but i didnt get my money, can you please check into it ?

 

My PA account name is Aesahc.
My first and only experience with PlayerAuctions has been absolutely terrible. I registered an account for the first time ever to my email address. Just to be sure that I hadn't created an account sometime in the past and forgotten about it - I even tried the "forgot password" option to which I was given the response to "use a valid email address" which indicates I had never registered with that email. So, all good - right? I log in and proceed with an order for 2007RS Gold that I had been eyeing. I start the order process and pay through PayPal - the transaction takes forever to go through and return me to the PA site but it eventually did. My order had a 20 minute delivery time, but the order gets stuck in "Verifying Payment" for over 45 minutes. I received no contact from PA support, and had to open my own ticket regarding the issue. My ticket was met with a reply stating that I had another account registered on the website under the account name "Circuitous." What? Absolutely not my account, or an account name I've ever been associated with. I reply to the ticket 3 separate times - to which none of my responses are answered. So without any response, I start to think I should entertain the idea for the "Circuitous" account, maybe I could have created it and completely forgotten? So I attempt to log in to the "Circuitous" account using my only known passwords. They all failed - I wonder why? Maybe because it's definitely not my account and should be registered on my email? After failing to log in to this account - I am then locked out from logging into PlayerAuctions for a fucking HOUR. Don't you forget that this entire time - my original order, and all of my money for that order are being held in limbo this entire time with absolutely no way to cancel the order because I'm locked out from logging in and even if I did get in I get a 404 Error Page Not Found when trying to navigate to any of the account details sections, be it messages, or buying orders. I then open a new ticket with support, trying to get any help at all in this situation and that ticket hasn't even been replied to. This is literally the single worst experience I have had buying anything online, ever. 0/10 would not recommend using this site to anyone.

 

@TySimpson There is no one else on my IP, and it is not public. The support staff is literally such garbage it blows my mind. The literally just auto-respond with the same reply about the account "Circuitous" and to use that account, EVEN THOUGH I EXPLICITLY REFERENCE THE ACCOUNT KNOWING THEY WILL DO SO AND STATE THAT IT IS NOT MINE. Absolutely fucking garbage website and support team. They literally have 404 Error Page Not Founds on every single page regarding account details.
What should have been a less than 20 minute order with an already online seller and an online buyer and been a complete catastrophe and my money is STILL being held hostage with no way to cancel the order due to 404 Errors. What an absolute joke.

 

@TySimpson Lmao God this site just gets worse and worse. I just tried using Internet Explorer instead of Google Chrome to see if I would get the 404 Error Page Not Found errors still. But when I open playerauctions.com on internet explorer there isn't even a Log In option in the top right anymore - what a fucking joke. Here is a screen shot of both the non-existant log in button (see that it is not in the top right) as well as the 404 Page Not Found Error when trying to click on Messages, Inbox, Payments(buying) or anything.

Thanks for trying to help, you at least tried to provide some assistance unlike their actually retarded support team (I swear they don't even read the ticket and just auto-reply). I literally cannot believe how garbage this website is - literally all I want to do at this point is just cancel my order and never ever use this bullshit website again.

 

I'm about to post the screen shots from 3 tickets where the auto-reply is the same thing every single time, regardless of the context of the original message or what the report subject was even pertaining to. WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF USING THIS SIGHT - THEY DO NOT READ SUPPORT TICKETS. Complete fucking joke.

 

So apparently my younger brother had used his Player Auctions account on this IP address before, and is the reason why I guess I can't have an account - even though he no longer lives here. But the problem still stands that I have no way of cancelling my order - anytime I try to access the page I get a 404 Error Page Not Found, I assume because of the previous reason. I just want to be sure the order is cancelled so that I can never deal with this site again.

 

I got an order 15 mins ago and constantly having 404-page not found error tried 3 different browser and vpn on and off still having error everytime when I click notification or my mail and afraid of cant do order in time

 

I recently sold an account on Game of War Fire Age and I got 2 emails from PayPal, one was my payment coming through and the other was my payment being canceled on February 12th.

Hello there. I'm really sorry to hear about the lack of responses from our Support Team. I'll be sure to pass along this incident to let them know what happened so it can be corrected in the future. As for your order, the order wouldn't go through anyway because there is a note from your seller that he cancelled the order because he was going to sleep. This cancellation happened 30 minutes after the order was placed.

This probably doesn't alleviate the hassle caused by the suspension, and yes the other account was indeed your brother's/relative's, and I'm very sorry but we only allow 1 account per user. Right now, the one activated is Circuitous, and I urge you to use that one. If you absolutely have to use account Aesahc, then you will have to email us on [email protected] and send some documents, which you may find time consuming so I highly suggest you to use Circuitous instead.

As for the order, I've already gotten confirmation from our finance team that the refund is already voided. The transaction ID for that is: 77M68600LR7920828. I am very sorry again for the inconvenience on this. If there's anything I've missed or if you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know and I'll do my best to assist.

Hello there. Sorry for the hassle, it seems like the payment bounced back to us. You will need to contact PayPal and ask them to have your account with them be verified. Once that's done, the payment should get through. I have released the payment back on queue and if your PayPal account is verified, then it should get to you without any issues. But if it's not verified yet, it will bounce back again to us. Rest assured that your money is intact with us and will remain in full value as shown in your account page at PlayerAuctions.

Please PM me once you have confirmed that your PayPal account is verified.
