Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:

an error occurred due to lack of knowledge and practices of sythe rules and rules regarding the proper sending of pm.



referring to the links of two different skype, it has already been solved, the Skype of one of the social networks was unlinked. now we can see only one skype for me.
