Pardon for gambling_babz / iExamine_RS

Hey guys, gambling here. I know I've caused some issues between the staff (hard to figure out cases) because of my history as a black market trader, and I'd like to apologize for that. But overnight, as I was sleeping, @chuckle figured out the reason I was originally banned (it was like 6 years ago...). With that being said, I take full responsibility of the issue and am (obviously) willing to fully refund the user. So, to keep things on the road, ---->

• Report/post/reason that got you banned: I am a long-term member of the blackmarket and was originally banned on powerbot for a case that happened on PowerGP, stemming back to any problems here. (Did I even word this right?) With that being said, Chuckle also found that ~6 years ago I scammed 58m RS2 GP which he also said is ~6m about.

• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I'm not sure how I should go about doing this considering I am now on a different account, if any staff members can help that would be wonderful, but I don't want to log on any account that would get me in more trouble. • Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: My main intentions were to never scam, I think when I got banned on powerbot I feared a ban on sythe and packed up my shit and left. Truthfully, I don't remember scamming in the first place, but, it matches up and I gotta live up to it (Which I understand obviously). Being scammed way more than I've scammed I learned a few things about the blackmarket (reason I'm here today): the more you stay, the more you make. Coming to college and realizing that money will soon be tight was my real incentive of coming back here, with no intentions to scam. I've actually worked 50+ hours already on my one buddy's account (met through PowerGP chat) and Chuckle's accounts. He's given me an awesome opportunity to make a side hussle for cash, thanks. Other things to confess: I don't really have anything else.

• Other information that may be useful for mods: The other accounts that I attempted to use, only to get shut down asap. (No bad trade history on them)
• This: shawnjo (evading, never made a bad trade)
• This: iExamine_RS (Scamming/impostering myself(?))
• This: shawnrep1 - powerbot (Banned without warning for evading ...)
• This: GameCube - powerbot (Banned here, also no form of warning, I think this roots back to iExamine_RS too. Never scammed here either.)

• So I think that's all I can find for now. This all happened around 6 years ago, I was young and guess didn't really care to make an effort to come clean. I'll update more as I go but I got class right now so I'll look into it more later. 1/23/18 4:47pm EST

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Events that took place: I don't remember honestly, but I scammed 58m (two pins) and walked with them. Scummy thing, yeah, I don't know why I did it. Why you should forgive me? Anything that really gets put here I'm sure is deemed bullshit by you @staff members, I know how annoying it is to work with scammers and you cannot give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Keeping that in mind, I'm not going to sit here and tell you how much I've changed, but I can promise you that scamming is no longer in my future, and I wish there really were ways to prove that (I am willing to donate more? (now I don't want to sound like a pushover...)). In other news, you should forgive me because I think that over my college career I can become a very positive asset to the Sythe community . Another reason why I should be forgiven: just last night I handled 15m between @chuckle and skype "pkpure.hansen" he vouched on my thread but I can't view market posts. I know this doesn't carry much weight but if I had to put this entire answer into one sentence it would be: I've changed, there are many banned accounts under my belt, and only (only :/) have the one report under my belt. If anything else comes up I would be more than willing to fix this.

• Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: Yes. I am yet to post a pardon so this post should be valid and I am willing to wait the 1 week in order to get a response. Also, I will cooperate and work with the moderators/administrators to the best of my ability.

@chuckle and I agreed that the value of 58M RS2 needs to be repaid to @Mechmeret. The scam took place in May 2013 and the prices were around 0.25-0.27/m at that time. 58 x 0.26 = 15.08$. I'll settle for 15$. Please let me know in private how long you've tried contacting him.

 

Just an update, user is trying actively to get in contact with the user he owes a refund to.

 

Received repayment. He owed 15$ to @Mechmeret though he hasn't really responded so I have taken 14.5M 07GP from Babz. Mechmeret is free to receive this money whenever.
