Lurrpak - previous PP refund + multiacc

Purchased 4 digit Steam account back in 2015, then refunded $85 in January 2016, made my PP account locked forever.
I honestly don't remember his previous forum username, you may try to look it up with admin previlegies.

Yesterday he contacted me with @lurrpak account, willing to purchase a new account. Today he transfered me PP from the same address as in 2015:

You are a moron. It isn't me, I simply associate with people who happened to do business with you in the past. The IP from where you received the payment is in UK. Mine isn't and there is neither a proxy used nor am I pretending to be someone else.

Well don't drag me into situations I have no idea about. How do you think that makes me look? I specifically told you that I found this forum and your thread lately, through him. There is no need to point your finger at me when all I did was contact you in the most polite way possible without having anything to hide at all.

 

Obviously if you're using the same paypal account you're going to be held accountable for previous chargebacks, unless you can provide proof these chargebacks werent your doing. I have DNT'd you for now, feel free to open a dnt dispute if/when you have valid proof or are willing to refund op.
