Time has passed, can we figure this out?

Posting here per Wortel’s request, I read the guidelines and noticed the rule about the month rule. Thanks for the punctual response!

User - Tom X (my first Sythe account, abandoned because of the rep I made as Over The Sun. See the thread I posted inquiring about it?)

User - Over The Sun (I made this account when I came back, I had it for a few months before I remembered Tom X. I was banned on here because of a personal dispute with Chloe)

User - The Day Man (made after being banned by Chloe, banned for evading shortly after)

User - 9 Year Old Girl (don’t know why I was banned on here for only a few months, see threads/9-year-old-girl/)


So, Tom X isn’t really the subject here because my problems stemmed from the Over The Sun account. I logged in June 14th, 2017 to see I was banned for the reason “your account had probably been hacked post a dispute for this ban from your home IP please” from Chloe. This isn’t the first time I was banned like this. Wortel banned me maybe a month earlier for the same thing until we figured it out and he unbanned me. I thought Wortel would have my back on that when I was talking to Chloe but he never responded to me and since I was banned I couldn’t show Chloe the PMs to show it had been previously resolved. Since I tried to login at work and disputed it there Chloe shut it down because I posted from work IP, understandably. Although at the time I was getting on Sythe to sell an account and I really wanted access right then and there but Chloe refused unless the dispute was from my home IP. I kind of wigged out on discord and I said something along the lines of “I have sold 25+ account and if you keep me banned I might as well recover them all”. This was a bluff as I never kept any of that information. Chloe didn’t take kindly to my empty threat and banned me from the discord. Then a ton of Sythe discord cronies started spamming my Sythe calling me a scammer and I pretty much lost it on Chloe at that point because of how far it had gone.


I never scammed anyone, I just tried to strongarm Chloe with a stupid threat and it was really just a huge misunderstanding. I tried another appeal like a week after to let things cool down but something hung it up, I cannot entirely recall, maybe Chloe can.


Anyways, I’ve evaded fixing this problem and I have even managed to continue doing business as other accounts, honest business might I add. I just enjoyed being a part of Sythe so I evaded the ban, however erroneous I felt it was, seemed to be easier that disputing it.


How can we go forward? Just to reiterate I have NEVER scammed and there had never ever been a scam report brought against me, on any account.


What do I do now, Sythe team? Frankly, I enjoy this site and I really hope we can come to some sort of understanding.
