    1st report - Seems to just be coincidental none of the accounts line up, nor do the IP's line up (both from countries far apart from each other) + the accounts were used concurrently.

    2nd report - Seems the account was breached previously. @brenty I've banned the account as a precaution until you've proven that you're the original owner of your Sythe account here: Account Recovery & Creation.
