Nemoboi unban appeal v3

Hello,
after contacting hsurabs trough skype (finally) I asked him what i owed, Imgur: The magic of the Internet .
I went ahead and checked on my paypal because i couldnt really remember because it was such a long time ago. I remember trying to chargeback, but apparently it didnt go trough. Imgur: The magic of the Internet
I didnt recieve any money after this purchase, i can show more proof if needed.
Yes, i did try to charge back and thats wrong even when you dont win the case, but i dont actually owe him any money. It's up to you guys if you want to unban me. I've grown alot since my ban and went out of my way to fix my wrongdoings. I hope i can get a second chance.

In your old dispute you said "i was young and stupid" and right now you're claiming "I've grown alot since my ban". You do remember you have only been banned for half a year? I don't believe people change, especially not in half a year. Anyways, that's irrelevant.

I'll be contacting @Hsurabs Gold to confirm you disputed the payments and owe him, though it's very interesting to see you asking for the amount that's owed and now that's clear you suddenly figure you maybe don't have to pay him back at all. I'll keep you posted.

I owe Hsurabs 7,27$ and ive waited months for his response. After talking to him for a little while he went under water again and clearly doesn't care.. I think i've waited long enough and I'd be happy to pay my dept in community repayment (if thats ok). I'm also fine with DNT after i paid my debt because im not planning on using Sythe at all. I got banned offsite and thats all I care about.

There was only 2 payments.. and hes trying to get me to pay money which wasnt even there in the first place and doesnt want to put effort in to find out if what hes saying is accurate, which is why im here for again.. I hate this taking so long and sorry for wasting your time. Please let me refund him and get this over with!

 

I have confirmed this with another moderator and with @Hsurabs Gold and you owe him $7.27. Figure out a payment method (wouldn't advice Paypal again) and please repay him. Get proof of doing so aswell.

I'm sorry, I regret refunding very much.. Was probably very poor and didnt think of the consequences. Never really used Sythe alot but got on other forums where i was actually making some money. At the time i was banned i had gained loads of feedback by doing services for other people and forgot about these chargebacks, when i got reported on the forum i had over 200$ in active services which i all finished and not scam quit because i wanted to return. Please consider giving me another chance.
