report/post/reason you got banned: I was banned for ban evading the accounts Meza/Zenyte and I do not recall the original reason I was banned, but most likely for scamming.

Proof of contacting victims: I haven't because I don't at all recall the original circumstances. I am asking that a staff member give me the information so that I can repay them, and if they are unable to take repayment I will pay it towards the community repayment thread.

anything you weren't banned for you'd like to confess now: I still need the information from a staff member regarding original ban reasons but I won't try to deny anything, I genuinely just do not remember what I did.

Why we should forgive you: I really just want to be a member of the community again and follow the rules and make money legitimately. I know what it's like to be scammed and I feel like a dick for having done it, and I really just want a fresh start. Even if this gets denied after I've repaid victim(s) and have to wait to repardon that's fine, I just want to start over.

I'm going to discuss this ban with the RSWinkel moderators, I'm awaiting a reply from them though.

 

What I don't get out of all this is the USA and NL IP and language differences. Did you move to another country or were you hacked?

As far as that Fabio account it is not mine. The others are mine.

 

You have had direct access to the account @Fabio1107 from your home IP. Fabio's account was made from The Netherlands - you're from the USA. Did you buy his Sythe account? Did you hack it? This pardon won't be going anywhere if all we get is "That isn't me". There must be a reason.

It's entirely possible I logged onto it, but I definitely didn't pay for it or hack it. Did I actually do anything on it?

I'm from the USA, never been to NL and don't speak dutch.

 

How would that be possible without hacking someone else's account or using someone else's account. It's not like I'd enter "Sythe" in the username box and I suddenly would be able to login to Sythe's account.

I was a member on BIWU and if someone posted his login details in the discord I would've tried logging into it.

Obviously this behavior isn't acceptable though, and wouldn't represent the person I would be if I came back to Sythe.

I have no doubt that I logged into that Fabio account if the IP logs say that I did, why would the logs be incorrect?

I am certain however I never conducted business on that Syrhe account and I regret ever logging into it, whatever my reasoning was, it wasn't acceptable behavior given that it is not my account.

Anything on the accounts Meza, Zenyte, and Offizier are my responsibility though and any actions on those accounts were taken by me.

 

I'm not saying the logs are incorrect, my question here is how it is possible for you to do things you have no memories of. How is it so hard to remember if you logged in to someone else's Sythe account and if so, what were your reasons to do it aswell as how did you obtain his contact info? I must be sure that once you're ever let back into the Sythe community we're truely speaking with you and now with you in some kind of wonderland.

All are geolocation home IP matches. Why did you leave all this out?

I logged into the fabio account, not belonging to me, and I am responsible for doing that. I don't know why I did it, and I know for a fact I never conducted business on it. I'm responsible for my actions though.

As for the other accounts, I genuinely forgot about those just due to a hectic life.

I didn't reply to this right away as I wanted to be sure about everything. I found my old pardon and it was approved 5-0 but not approved by admins it seems (located here: [5-0]Chexy requesting a pardon for ban evasion & more).

I did try for a while to contact the guy I scammed ikov from, and was never able to get ahold of him. Unfortunately at this point in my life there's no way I could put that amount into the community repayment as it's too much. I don't know where to go from here.

You're walking around in circles, "I logged into the Fabio account, not belonging to me."

This doesn't tell us how you got the information or why you did it.
Unless we get a clear answer I'm denying this pardon for the next 3 months.

Look through your Skype, look through your Discord, or using a hacked database/getting it from a website.
You jump from getting it from your Skype, to logging in from a website.

 

Chloe what are you even talking about? The only mention I ever made about where i possibly got the Fabio account from was that i was a member of BIWU and the details could've been posted there. I don't know where you are getting that from.

Most likely someone from BIWU offered to sell it to me, I logged into it and didn't buy it.

 

Denied for 3 months, please try again when you can provide a straight story.

Nobody logs in to an account less than 6 months ago and says they don't remember how or why.
