Ripple price prediction for June 2018

$5 or $25+ I know it's a wide range but it really depends on if it gets on coinbase and or is announced to be partnering with a giant company like amazon/facebook/google ect. If it does it'll probably rocket to a ridiculous price, if not it'll probably end the year around $5 imo.

I mostly agree with what you are saying. Only I think that you are overestimating how fast people will understand Ripple. 95% of the people around me still don't even understand Bitcoin while that has been in the news for a while. I think that price will continue to skyrocket as it is now. And eventually the price will stabilize to something more realistic.

I think this realistic price will come way further into the future. I am still expecting some massive raise before that happends and a $15 Ripple on June 2018 wouldn't be crazy imo. Especially if the coin will hit Coinbase.

It's massively overflated currently, with the supply ripple has its purely riding the bank speculation aspect to push its price up and maintain it.

No cryptocurrency on earth with a supply of 38 Billion total should be exceeding $1 ever let alone where its already gone(and tanked back to).

I see it free falling a long, long way in the near future.

God help it when banks announce they wont be using it or additional regulations come in, u better be the hell out of dodge by then.

Cant explain it but I sense a drop coming, ripple has been ripe for a deep decline for a long time and its barely holding out at its current support levels - Its becoming more and more violate and related to BTC's drop - before if btc tanked 20% ripple might fall 3-5% or even stay even - Now if btc drops 5% or anything at all ripple tends to fall hard(Its down 11% when btc is down 4% right now), tells you that more and more uneducated investors are entering ripple and the price isn't able to remain so steady anymore. You look at BTC charts and ripple charts over the past year you can see I'm correct - It's just becoming more and more violate price wise and for a currency designed to be for banks that's dangerous.

Every cryptocurrency is inflated, it's a speculative market. Most cryptocurrencies won't realize even their current value by the end of 2018 regardless of how high it goes.

It doesn't matter how many coins there are in the market, all that matters is marketcap. A more rational statement would be to say that no cryptocurrency should have a marketcap of $38 Billion, but 3 already do so that would be wrong. On the subject of marketcap, whilst other cryptocurrencies tap the speculative investments of people and hedge funds, XRP has the chance of tapping the investments of actual banks, liquidity providers and remittance clients - there's a way bigger scope for XRP investing than any other currency.

Additional regulations will hurt everybody across the board. There are already some regulations in some countries stating banks can't hold speculative investments like cryptocurrencies, but Ripple is exploring setting up different entities to hold XRP and act as liquidity providers to evade this. Ripple is also seeking regulatory capture by adding people to their advisory board who are experienced in fintech regulation as well as lawmakers such as the guy who created the much hated bitlicense.

After an asset goes up exponentially and then it starts dropping, it's very uncertain about where it will land that's why there's higher and lower swings with Ripple and other assets that have experienced substantial price increases in December. Also, you're comparing today's volatility to when Ripple was down 50-60%+ from peak organically (not resulting from a major market crash affecting all cryptos).

And addressing your last point, banks do not need to hold XRP to use XRP - in fact they aren't even marketing it this way. xRapid involves sourcing XRP liquidity on spot with fiat, and then selling the XRP for fiat within seconds. It's expected this may change in the future after cryptocurrencies prove to be more than a fad, as holding a asset that's convertable to any liquid currency is much better than holding millions in 20 different currencies.

 

honestly , ripple is confusing. they are self mined coins. idk if it will go as high as we would liek it
