    Having issues with someone or a website after a PayPal transaction?
    Really need to win a dispute?
    Well I'm here.

    PayPal disputes, are usually heavily geared towards the buyer, especially when it comes to the sale of digital items. I have a method that makes these disputes very winnable.
    Decided to open this service up after experiencing 2 charge backs for digital items as the seller with out proof of delivery (totaling 320 (180+140) US).
    As I'm new to this, we'll base the price off the amount being disputed and whether or not you win (as I can't obviously say it's going to be 100%)
