    Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) : Matches with tens of accounts on the xxx.40 IP, most/all of which are dealing in selling 07 or Soulplay GP. Also uses similar birthdays for most accounts (14th of the Month, even using the same birthday once but just changing the year by 1 Jensenbeaver - May 14, 1998 instead of 1997)
