Hey there, so I have just been notified of this from the user after refunding his quests that my worker has not done.

I am currently waiting for valid proof, as it seems he has been sending me possibly faked pictures.

 

Requested that my worker posts,

I have also requested multiple times for proof of claims which he has yet to do.

From my worker -
cause on the 9th
the osbuddy client version is 3.0.28
but the patch wasn't realeased until the 18th

(this means that he actually has faked pictures as was shown both both of them)

 

@Gen @Vlad would appreciate the title being changed, as it's not actually "me" who has scammed/hacked someone, instead a possible outcome of a worker which can be resolved.

 

Upon checking over the stuff again that I was sent (just 2 pictures with current updated OSbuddy)

Upon more evidence, and I believe the worker in question @Trektoop11 is also going to post here but just in case.

Yet both of the photos he sent me as listed below are on this one, seems like edited pictures to me.

Hello, as this is my first time making an actual post on Sythe it is unfortunate that i most regarding these circumstances, so let me start by giving some points :
1. The quests have not been completed due to the fact that the user has taken the wealth off of the account. He says I am a daily quester however I went inactive for a couple of days due to the fact that I was having pc troubles as well as irl problems. I should have notified the user of this but I did not, and for that I apologize for not being more in contact.
2. Here is a photo from osbuddy showing the completion of Fairy tale pt1,
and here is the data of the file
created on 1/7/2018 correct? The user claims that all of that wealth was on the account on 1/9/2018, so why in his screenshot here on 1/9/18 not showing the xp lamps? These items CANNOT be banked.
When asked about what happened to the xp lamps he provides another picture, which shows that the xp lamps are still in the inventory, which is strange seeing as they should've been in the inventory on the screenshot on the 9th seeing as they were their on the 7th.
here is a photo of me completing one small favour on 1/7/18 xp lamps clearly visible in the inventory.
3. Next piece of evidence, The Osbuddy client number he has version v3.0.28 on the 9th, however this update wasn't released until the 18th. https://rsbuddy.com/osbuddy/patch_notes/3.0.28
I apologize for the trouble this may cause the service owner however it seems to me that the user was unsatisfied with the services[due to my negligence and lack of communication] and wises to frame or defame both dbuffed and I, by fabricating screenshots and blatantly lying.

I see that you are looking at this so thank you for answering @Panda the user has been refunded the 18.8M for the quests already.

If you guys decide to rule it in his favor the payment would go to the community due to him being a mass ban evader/scammer.

I would also like to add if I haven't already (cant remember) if you look at both pictures carefully, only 2 items are missing between them. He claims that "we fucked up his place holders" if that was true, the bank would of gone down.

 

I was at work while reading this thread (and still am) and currently have no time to go through your case to provide you with a proper response

 

thank you for responding though it seems the person who made this report is our good friend @Khazard (linked wortel on Skype) I’m more than happy if it comes to it to pay the community back although this also means my worker would lose his spot due to the framing attempt.

@Dbuffed How reputable is this "Worker" you have hired.
Did he put a down payment down prior to working with you?
How long has he worked with you?

 

Worked for me for close to a month now, yes he has paid a down payment and he has reputation on OSbot. https://osbot.org/forum/topic/12761...unt-types-hand-trained-professional-services/ is my thread with all contained workers listed.

https://osbot.org/forum/profile/246768-trektoop11/ his profile and has not had this issue until now, may I add his deposit with me is more than what was "scammed in 2 items" and also has 50-100M in payments that haven't been given to him yet either.

Again - If you look at the screenshots, they are faked, also there is only 2 items missing and no EXP lamps between the downtime on the 9'th-13'th until the end date which cannot be banked.


Edit - please check the information given to you from Trek, the screenshots he show also shows you the screenshot is faked.

The version of OSbuddy was not released until the 18'th (3 days ago) yet OP claims to have been using it 9 days prior to the release? OP is also banned for scamming and ban evading multiple times. You can also see that there is only 2 item difference between the screenshots, which would mean only 2 ITEMS are missing from his bank all together.

Oh let's not forget also, you cannot "bank" the EXP lamps meaning he would of had to either 1) use them before the most recent screenshot or edited them out on the 9'th of January's screenshot.

 

This report has been closed due to insufficient evidence. There is no way to prove anything was taken off of the account. We HIGHLY recommend you never leave valueables on any account when paying for a service.
