do you have any proof this was posted in the sythe discord?

 

• Disclosure of Others' Personal Information: Posting information such as private emails/MSNs, private Skype accounts, Facebook accounts, addresses, phone numbers, private photos, etc. of someone other than yourself without explicit consent of that person will result in up to a 1 month ban regardless of whether or not the information is publicly available. If a picture was posted by its owner on discord or sythe, this rule doesn't apply

They were caught posting my images. It doesnt state in sythe rules if it has to be on sythe or sythe discord. The only thing you should be asking is if the two reported users have proof that I myself originally posted them. Even If I posted them myself they dont have my permission to repost them. Per sythe rules I believe its at least a 1 month ban.

They posted my personal photo's and information in duel discord owned and operated by drygore.

 

Okay. I have information in the from of a gyazo that shows one of our administrators saying we do not take action if it is posted off site (Our discord counts as an unofficial attachment of Sythe.org)

While believe me, I have come under many attacks in my personal information being posted on and off of Sythe, and I sympathize for your situation. As it stands that I cannot overrule admins decision making and our moderation teams jurisdiction ends outside of Sythe (similar to how courts act). I'll confirm with said admin on the issue but as of right now no action is being taken.

 

I have confirmed that above is the case.
