Appealing infraction given by @killswitch

1) Since when do reviews on any front require evidence? If one of my customers says they had a experience but don't post proof of it now I can get it removed? Time to have everything ever said on my threads bad about my sites removed then? So that response is utter horseshit on his end.

2) It was a valid review - I was a high rank of Cora dyce and Hattez+ The owner of DDyce we all know he is a notorious scammer - I've WATCHED him and his shitty ass clans scam before with my own eyes.

3) I'm a captain in elite-ranks, He has been spamming our spot which every host and multiple sythe users can confirm.

4) I did not tell 1 untruth in my entire statement, I said I hope staff remove off the forum for a long-time as part of the review because I KNOW he's a scammer and so do the other major gamblers - Instead of staff leaving our reviews on his thread they decide to infract someone(Who 3 major high-rollers) are all saying he scams, why is this censorship okay with Killswitch when infact there was no cursing, no threats, nothing untruth about what I said?

5) Killswitch said "untruths and defamation is not allowed on Sythe" - This implies that I told a lie in my statements which I DID NOT. I'd also like to point out that reviews can say whatever they want - I said he's a notorious scammer because HE IS. You don't see review sites like playerauctions or trustpilot or any other review site requiring evidence of consumers reviews so why on earth is Killswitch trying to suggest proof is required on Sythe for a review like that to be valid? Stating a review w/o evidence does not make it untrue or defimation, I'm sure sythe staff and I could find thousands of cases reviews were posted without evidence of what the review claims so why to fucking hell am I being infracted for something that is done likely dozens, if not hundreds of times every single day and allowed?

I'd like my infraction removed.

Further more I'd like to say after I attempted to appeal my infraction Killswitch blocked me and didn't bother even telling me what to do if he wasn't going to reverse it - Since I'm me I know where to go to and how to appeal an infraction(Joke for Shin) but how would new users he's infracted appeal if he just decides to block/close the conversation without even bothering to inform them how to continue on in the appeal process?

 

You clearly don't as proven by the fact you have made this thread to appeal the infraction.

You messaged him what appears to be 5 (maybe 4?) times in a 10 minute window. I'd block you too.

Killswitch should of infracted you for accusing someone of scamming without proof.

At this point; I don't see spamming, I see an accusation of someone scamming without proof.

 

1) Referncing the "Accusing someone of scamming without proof" I stated "apparently" I did NOT state he WAS a notorious scammer - I said APPARENTLY which by definition implies "by all appearances" which by definition means "by all appearances" which referencing the scam report he had at the time of posting puts me in the clear on that - I am EXTRODINARILY careful with my language now adays for this exact reason. Considering he literally had a scam report that all satisfies the "accusing without proof" whether it was valid or not.

2) As to the evidence I spoke with Elite admins and here u go:

I find it pretty shitty I have to go to such lengths all over an infraction a day after posting a mod app on staffs part - Between Killswitch issuing what I consider a bullshit infraction - Tyler then trying to roast me on a dispute thread and the fact I'm being asked for every bit of info which I feel like staff are fishing for I think this has been pretty shitty when I did nothing wrong and I've had insults by 3 separate staff and its extremely unfair because it makes me seem like a dick to the staff team when I didn't even do anything.

Since I am accused of defamation how about we report fucking dice nation for defamation and causing damages to Elite ranks through the use of his spammers and spreading lies? I have been treated like complete shit by the lower staff the only 2 people who have actually been helpful are @Shin and @video and their administrators! I shouldn't have to bother them to get a fucking infraction handled, there's only 3 of them left I was already hesitant to bother Shin and Video knowing they were busy as fuck.

If I thought the infraction wasent misplaced I wouldn't of butchered my relationship with @Killswitch which was neutral I feel, a day after posting a goddam mod application. Instead staff have bungled this and I've had to bother 2 admins, 2 globals, 3 sectionals over a FUCKING INFRACTION which is half the staff team!

I'm the good guy trying to warn people about a scummy scammer and I'm the one whos going to be made out as the bad guy and I have to bother half the staff team to try to resolve it? Come on.

 

Using the word apparently doesn't help cover your case, you are still accusing this person of being an "apparent" scammer.
Calling them a direct scammer and calling them an "apparent" scammer are still the same thing.

I stated "as far as I know or as far as I can tell" this user is a notorious scammer - That statement is not factual as it was based off my intuition of the knowledge I had at the time which was a scam report, So where is the accusation there?

 

You're still trying to ruin someone's reputation by throwing them into the same group as a scammer.

You got involved with a problem (that wasn't yours to begin with) and which was solved by Owner and DiceNation, and if the issue wasn't solved, Owner could of made a report/dispute and we would of looked further in to it.

If someone posted on your thread calling you an "apparent" scammer, you would want it removed ASAP because it implies that you are a scammer.

The infraction was rightly placed, it was both spamming and accusing someone of being a scammer or simply, implying they are a scammer as far as you can see.
