    I'm having the stupidest experience with PA ever conceived.

    After I managed to make 2 orders with these guys after 4 days of constant e-mailing (I finally found a sane compliance employee in the 4th day), I got balsy because both of the orders were paid for succesfully and said 'Fuck it, let me make another one, what can happen?'... boy was I wrong.

    On the 3rd order they sent me an e-mail demanding me to fill some document where I have to send them pictures of me holding my ID, pictures of my card, pictures of my mom, pictures of my gf... etc. I said I'm not doing that... let me use the alternative they asked for in the e-mail, SKRILL.

    Fast forward another 3 days to get my Skrill account fully verified, I try to do the same order again, only this time I used Skrill verification instead of PayPal hoping that my nightmare was over... boy was I wrong.

    Immediately after the order was made with Skrill I receive the same fill document e-mail asking me for fucking pictures again. I instantly replied to it telling their compliance team, Hey assholes I spent 3 fucking days to make this Skrill verified account and lost 20$ in the process and now ur telling me it's not good enough AFTER YOU RECOMMEND IT AS AN ALTERNATIVE!!!"

    I send them screenshots of the e-mail confirmation payment from Skrill, confirmation payment from the Skrill account.. none of it was good enough for these stupid compliance idiots. WTF more do they want from me to fly to Los Angeles to show that I own the fking card.

    The compliance employee "Donna" kept sending me the document to fill and not answering none of my questions, like a robot. So I just snapped after 1 hour of begging them to verify my payment and called it quits after I raged on her.

    I'm really sorry to hear about this. I also saw that you made a review on SiteJabber regarding this and I will reply to that in a bit. There must have been a misunderstanding as Skrill payments also need to go through verification, and our agents perhaps offered it in case you were having other issues with PayPal. I'll make sure to communicate this with the team and the management so it can be avoided. If you'd like, I can work on expediting your next order so it can be processed much faster. Sorry but we cannot take out the verification process because we are obliged to collect your information; in the event of a fraud, we need the information for the authorities to check.

    Could you give me the order IDs for that? We have no way of knowing which to process for payment. As for what's causing the delay, it could be due to your payment account (PayPal) being unverified yet. You need to contact them and ask them to have your account verified, and this usually entails having either a bank or credit card account on your PayPal. For now, I'd like to ask for the order IDs so I can check.

    Hello please check order ID 3423415, more than 10 days i mailed and reply your support bout seller being a credit card fraud. Seller have abuse buyers to get him fraud money and making buyers get ban due to charge back issue.

    Edited : Please be fair and check the seller activity just like how you guys put too much security on us buyers, treat us equally thanks.

    Hi again, Gani. Thanks for providing the details. I checked on this order and our agent has already contacted the seller just last night, but he hasn't replied yet. We're sorry but the gap is still too soon, and we need to give him some time to reply to it. In addition, we have already frozen the payment to the seller, and he will need to sort this out with you first before we release the payment. This way, we will have leverage on him in case we find out that he's actually scamming you. But to be fair, if there isn't any proof that he's scamming, then we will have to release his payment --- and we hope you understand. For now, things are in order.     Hi again PA, i have just recieved from your support that they have close the case and its go to my favor, thanks again for helping me with this issue, so i get refunds in few days? And just want to share you the seller actually ignored my pm after he scammed me but your support already help me so i guess is fine now but i hope you guys check that seller he still keep selling and give problem to other buyers.

    Hi Gani, thanks for letting me know. Yup, I can confirm that the case is already closed in your favor and you will be getting the refund very soon. I already escalated this to our finance for a follow up to make sure you get the refund before the weekend starts. I've also reported the seller to the team so they could investigate his account; for now, kindly avoid buying from him to avoid further issues and try to find another seller.     I have a serious problem with PlayerAuctions.
    been with them for 8 years.

    I want to change my phone number on the account. but they wont let me and i am forced to message support team? (you do know people change phone numbers in their life time right?)

    now its been 1 month or so. i have sent them all required information like address, ID card, bank card and also a SELFIE of me holding my ID card....

    Now they ask for it again....
    this is the 5th time they have asked for it...its like they dont even look at attachments and the email....

    one time they told me to log in and go to account settings, and change my phone number i can now do it......and all i see is something about a support team / support ticket again, so i messaged them again. and repeat the WHOLE process....1 month or so later....STILL WAITING FOR THE IDIOTS TO FIX IT>

    FUCK PLAYERAUCTIONS ARE RETARDED. automated copy and paste email replies 110% they're retarded and useless fuck your mothers. hope playerauctions shuts down and the staff get aids. fuck yous....ill post the screenshots of the emails if i could.

    I have been with playerauction since 2009. I'm having a similar issue as some people. Verification required, photo's of ID, selfie, complete medical reports, anal probe etc etc.

    Well, I gave in and took photos of the ID, a selfie with the ID, and screen shot of the Paypal transaction. I proceed to fill out their obnoxious form and guess what? They want my credit card details as well. WHY? when I am paying with Paypal? So I message support and attach the photos/screenshot. Finally got a response from "Ryu (Supervisor)", who plainly just didnt give a shit and told me to just reply to the compliance email, which is a company called signnow.com, who also likes to take their time answering emails, apparently.

    My main question is. Why the hell are you guys making it so hard for us to give you money? Don't give me the verification to prevent fraud bullshit either. I'm talking about even when customers try and comply or need help, it just seems like you guys don't give a crap.

    I invite you to prove me wrong.

    Hello, i changed my phone number about a month ago, and no longer have access to my old number. Now I'm trying to change it on playerauctions, however i can't because i don't have access to the original phone number. I tried email and have yet to receive a response. I have an order pending and would like to complete the verification process. Order# is 3469361.

    Hey there. Sorry to hear about this, but let me clarify. You can change the phone number on your own by logging into your PlayerAuctions account and going to the My Account section on the upper right. The only event that you need to contact the support team is when you no longer have access to your old phone, at which point the team will have to do a phone call verification with you. I apologize for the frustration but the verification enables us to identify the real you and prevent any instances of somebody else hijacking the account.

    And I'm sorry for the automated messages and if they seem to have resent the same email more than once; Usually it's because the form you sent may be incomplete or there was an incorrect or confusing info used. If you'll allow me, I'd like to make this right --- PM me your username, the email address you used to contact us (so I can search our inbox) and expedite the process so the change can be processed ASAP. I will most likely ask you to fill up the form again as they haven't most likely received an accomplished form yet but you should only fill that up ONCE from here on. Again, sorry to hear about this.

    Hello there. I also received your complaint on SiteJabber. I am very sorry for how this was handled and rest assured, I will let their department manager know about this.

    I was able to look into the order and the reason why they asked for a credit authorization form to be filled out is because in the payment receipt they asked you before, the funding source shows up as credit card. If your desired payment is PayPal, then it should show up as PayPal in the receipt. Sorry if it looked like we were trying to ask for unsolicited info, but we would absolutely process this just the same if the funding source is PayPal but because it shows up as a CC, then we are obliged to provide that form.

    Second, there is a discrepancy with the payment option; the name there doesn't match the account name on your PlayerAuctions account. As a second layer of security, we need to have that form accomplished.

    I am terribly sorry for the confusion and if there were any lapses with the communication. If you decide to purchase again, let me know so I can help expedite the process by letting me know here or on SiteJabber.

    Got banned after buying account once i contacted support and they replied after 3 weeks with retarded answer "You're account got disabled for fraudulent activities" of course there was more text. The problem is that i used this website for first time and experience was really really bad can't even sell or even buy or even create new account because it gets disabled instantly...

    Regarding order 3473280

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. I checked on this and found out that the order is currently in dispute. I do not have access to the actual dispute logs and only our support can view it, so for now I suggest you go through it.

    What I can tell you is that the buyer cannot cancel an order and issue a refund in this regard. He can only do so if your delivery guarantee expired, but you made the delivery on time so he won't be able to do that. We also do not issue returns on the merit that the buyer cannot "afford" it because the payment is already with us. He can only be eligible for a refund if the account you sold isn't working, isn't as described, or has other problems --- and if he is able to prove any claim for such.

    If this goes on without proof from the buyer, then we will have to close this and process your payment. I'm sorry but I hope you understand, to be completely fair to buyers, we allow them this dispute process. Once it closes, disputes can no longer be reopened by buyers.

    Hi,

    Two days ago i put my osrs account for sale on your website.
    I came in contact with a potential buyer who had a few questions.
    After answering his questions we made a deal and he bought my account.

    Than i got a notice to get my account ready for the buyer, which i did.
    I changed everything to his liking and even put his mailadress on my osrs account.
    Than i gave him my recovery question as goodfaith.
    After giving my recovery questions i had a bad feeling, i realised i just screwed myself over.
    He hadnt confirmed the trade and didnt want to so he could dispute it and get his money back.
    After getting his money back he would recover my account and take it without buying.

    Than he made up some bs reason to go in dispute (saying i didnt answer all questions while i did answer 12/14). He is also claiming he doesnt have the account while everything is still on his mail. At this moment he has full access to my account and knows my recovery questions. As dispute he is claiming im not willing to give him "full controle" of the account while he has full controle.

    Im about to lose my account/the money i would have gotten if he wasnt trying to pull one over on me.

    Please keep in account that this isnt the first time him pulling this off, if u look at his history u will see him doing this in the past; trying to scam high main account as mine.
    Its his methode into tricking people out of their account.
    I was dumb enough to sell to him, he has alot more good reviews than bad.

    I cant provide prove here, (it contains my recovery questions) but i have enough prove of me giving him my recovery questions and him confirming that 'my' account is on his mailadress and him having access to it.
    The prove can be found in the dispute.

    I am in discussion with the user "iceman323" about my offer ID : #136416663 (My username on PA is Tay90). He confirms that the payment is sent and "doesn't want to be scammed".
    BUT in my order (selling), I see nothing! I told him that I will only give the account's info when I see myself that the payment is done and that I can deliver the account.
    Did he really pay or is he mocking me?

    Hey there. I'm sorry I wasn't able to get back to you when you posted that; We aren't on Sythe every weekends. I checked on this order and your chatlogs, and I believe there is a miscommunication between you and the buyer - for understandable reasons.

    Your buyer was cautious about losing the account for not getting the recovery info from you. At the same time, you were careful about him stealing the account before he confirms on the system. You both had valid points but unfortunately you couldn't agree on when to confirm or when to hand out the recovery information. Since the buyer wasn't able to get the recovery information, then you are free to take back the account without any worries. At the same time, his refund is warranted at this point.
